announce a strategic partnership with PRINX CHENGSHAN Europe / AUSTONE TIRES, a
prominent tire manufacturer known for its high-quality products. This collaboration aims to address
the growing needs of MARANGONI customers and fleets to have additional quality casing sources
by offering an integrated and sustainable tyre solution that combines new and retreaded tyres,
providing significant added value in the current market.

The partnership will focus on the launch of the offering designed to cater to the demands of fleet
operators who seek both cost-effectiveness and performance. This offering will be exclusive to the
MARANGONI Network including both new AUSTONE TIRES and Retread solutions produced by
MARANGONI, ensuring that fleets benefit from extended tire life and reduced overall operating
costs.

The next step of the start of this partnership, which was officially announced during The Tire
Cologne in June this year, is the introduction of the first Austone tread design for the MARANGONI
RINGTREAD range: RTH155.

A key highlight of this collaboration is the introduction of new AUSTONE TIRES, which are
engineered to provide high level durability and performance. These tires are specifically designed
to complement MARANGONI’s high-quality retreading process, offering fleet operators a complete
tire solution that maximizes their investment and minimizes downtime.

The partnership also addresses a significant challenge currently faced by the retread industry: the
supply distribution due to the growing shortage of casings from European manufacturers. By
leveraging AUSTONE TIRES proven quality, MARANGONI aims to ensure a consistent supply of
